ABOUT US


Kshitij was started in 1996 by Mrs Uma Mane (Ms Uma Kurhade –earlier name). Kshitij is non-government and non profit organisation. It runs solely through donations by Corporate sector and Individual contribution.
Kshitij aims at holistic development of the children of age 0-18 years.
.Kshitij, with its dedicated  founder and the team of Project Coordinators, Psychologists, Social Workers and Field Workers have been actively contributing to Child Development and Education Sector

Vision: Is to help the children work at their best potential by encouraging them, their parents, service providers, and community to widen their horizons. 

Objective: is to make a difference in the society by way of encouraging education of child.


Mission: Enabling holistic development of children from 0 to 18 years by involving children, parents, teachers and community as a whole. 

Infrastructure: Kshitij has established own office in Pune for Urban projects.  The organisation has also established field  offices for Rural Projects.

—  MA Rig-Veda, MA Music.

—  Founder Director: Kshitij (NGO).

—Kshitij is an NGO started in 1996 Kshitij is non-government and non profit organisation.

—  Mrs. Uma Ajay (Kurhade) Mane  has a vast experience of 28 years Counseling, Teaching, Training to Teachers, volunteers.

—  She has done various projects in collaboration with Government agencies and Corporates.
